The concrete pump reducing pipe or Concrete pump reducer is made through oil press pressing the low carbon seamless steel pipe ( AISI ***0) . The inner wall of the concrete pump reducing pipe is carburized and then quenched. The quenching layer thickness is from 0.*4” to 0.*6” and its hardness is from HRC*8 to HRC *2. The wear resistance of the concrete pump reducer is improved greatly so that its service life is as 2 times as normal concrete pump reducing pipe. The service life is about ****0 cubic meters.
